Posted on June 2, 2010 at 1:00 am

GOP gubernatorial primary candidate Henry McMaster is taking a statewide RV trip beginning tomorrow in Myrtle Beach. Like Gresham Barrett, he’ll be making a few Lowcountry stops around a televised debate Wednesday night.

The tour will take the attorney general from the Grand Strand to the Upstate and Golden Corner, across the Lowcountry, Pee Dee and Midlands, for high energy grassroots style campaign events in the days leading up to the June 8 Republican gubernatorial primary election.

McMaster is hosting a Debate pre-party at the Sticky Fingers on Johnnie Dodds Boulevard at 6 p.m. (debates at 8 p.m.) He’ll start Thursday morning off with a breakfast meet-and-greet at Eva’s Restaurant in Summerville at 8 a.m.
